Delivery and Postage

Bridal Lingerie Direct will ship your order as soon as we can, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. All orders are sent in standard packaging unless otherwise stated.

We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries from the UK to your area, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services / airlines.

DELIVERY

Our delivery costs are:

FREE DELIVERY FOR UK CUSTOMERS FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY
(Items are sent by 2nd class recorded delivery and are dispatched within 3-10 days)
£4.50             1st class Recorded Delivery (UK only) dispatched within 1-5 working days
£12.00             Special Delivery (UK only) Next day delivery
(if this is not achievable you will      be notified as soon as possible and your postage will be downgraded.)

£10.00            Europe Items will be dispatched as soon as possible,
£15.00            ROW Items will be dispatched as soon as possible

tracking Nos. will be given for all orders.

For delivery outside the UK any adjustments to postage will be notified prior to dispatch.

Bridal Lingerie Direct aims to deliver all items within the delivery parameters. Please note some brands are imported or have to be ordered in; if this is the case you will be notified by Email of the expected date of delivery.

Europe/ROW: You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty - if any - depends on the type of goods and their value. Most items can be imported without paying any duty at all.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be.

EXCHANGES

When an item is returned for an exchange you will receive one free postal exchange, with the difference in the item price either charged or refunded as required. Any subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. Exchanges outside the UK are subjected to the standard applicable rate. Store credit can also be given.

RETURNS POLICY

Bridal Lingerie Direct wants you to be happy with your purchases, however, if you are not happy with your purchase, return the unworn, unwashed, with labels intact item in its original condition within 14 days (inclusive of weekends and holidays) after being received, a full refund will be given less the postage costs (if you are retuning 4 or more garments a 15% restocking fee is payable for each item ordered).

Refunds will be given using the same method of your original payment minus postage costs or any restocking fee where applicable within 30 days of receiving the items back

All returns must be sent via recorded delivery, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires our signature upon delivery. Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless bridallingeriedirect.com has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Any purchase being returned has to be in the same perfect condition they were received in.

If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item(s), the differences will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction. If you request a replacement(s) of higher value, the difference will be charged to the credit card used in the original transaction. Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.

Please note that bridallingeriedirect.com does not permit the return or exchange of the following items:

  • Sale items purchased at a reduced price
  • Items are received after 14 days
  • Items which have any visible marks or strong smells (e.g. smoke or perfume)
  • Items that has been worn, washed, or tags removed
  • If damage is caused e.g. hooks are pulled or broken
