The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

By ordering products from www.bridallingeridirect.com you (the customer) are agreeing to be bound by the terms & conditions set out in the following paragraphs. Bridal Lingerie Direct reserves the right to amend and update these terms and advises buyers to review the terms with each purchase.

ORDERING: You can place your order with Bridal Lingerie Direct via the simple to navigate website ordering system. A confirmation Email will be sent to provide approximate date your items will be mailed. By ordering from you Bridal Lingerie Direct you (the customer) are accepting to pay for and accept delivery of the goods. On receipt of this order and payment, Bridal Lingerie Direct agrees to dispatch the goods. Bridal Lingerie Direct reserves the right to cancel purchase orders at our own discretion, for whatever reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PAYMENT METHODS: Bridal Lingerie Direct offers a secure payment system with SAGE and PAYPAL and its secure payment system and partners. Customer payment details are not stored by Bridal Lingerie Direct. Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.

CURRENCY: Your card will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling. If you are paying in a currency other than UK Pounds Sterling our currency converter will automatically convert into UK Pounds Sterling, this will only be a guide and may vary by the exact amount charged by your card provider, depending on that day’s exchange rate.

PRIVACY: Bridal Lingerie Direct site only retains information necessary to send out your delivery. The Bridal Lingerie Direct website will save your order data to enable us to process your repeat purchases. Bridal Lingerie Direct will not disclose order information or personal information to a third party without your willing consent.

DELIVERY: For delivery outside the UK any adjustments to postage will be notified prior to dispatch. Bridal Lingerie Direct aims to deliver all items within the delivery parameters. Please note some brands are imported or have to be ordered in; if this is the case you will be notified by Email of the expected date of delivery. Europe/ROW: You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty - if any - depends on the type of goods and their value. Most items can be imported without paying any duty at all. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be. Delivery dates quoted are approximate dates. Bridal Lingerie Direct shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances out of their control. Goods will be sent to the address provided by the customer in your purchase order and stated in our Order Confirmation.

RETURNS POLICY: DO NOT REMOVE any tags or labels from the items prior to trying the item on as this is classed as acceptance to keep the item. Bridal Lingerie Direct wants you to be happy with your purchases, however, if you are not happy with your purchase, return the unworn, unwashed, with labels intact item in its original condition within 14 days (inclusive of weekends and holidays) after being received, a full refund will be given less the postage costs (if you are retuning 3 or more garments a 15% restocking fee is payable for each item ordered). Refunds will be given using the same method of your original payment minus postage costs or any restocking fee where applicable within 30 days of receiving the items back. All returns must be sent via recorded delivery, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires our signature upon delivery. Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless bridallingeriedirect.com has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.Any purchase being returned has to be in the same perfect condition they were received in. If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item(s), the differences will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction. If you request a replacement(s) of higher value, the difference will be charged to the credit card used in the original transaction. Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange. All of our items are inspected for cleanliness and defects prior to being shipped.
Please note that bridallingeriedirect.com does not permit the return or exchange of items for the following reasons:

• Sale items purchased at a reduced price
• Items are received after 14 days
• Items which have any visible marks or strong smells (e.g. smoke or perfume)
• Items that has been worn, washed, or tags removed
• If damage is caused e.g. hooks are pulled or broken.

EXCHANGES: When an item is returned for an exchange you (the customer) will receive one free postal exchange, with the difference in the item price either charged or refunded as required. Any subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. Exchanges outside the UK are subjected to the standard applicable rate. Store credit can also be given.

ORDER DISCREPENCIES: All discrepancies should be brought to the attention of Bridal Lingerie Direct within 14 days of ordering. Mistakes will be duly corrected. Bridal Lingerie Direct requires written notification by the customer of the exact detail of the discrepancy before any refund or replacement can be sent out. If a customer fails to notify Bridal Lingerie Direct of any discrepancies, at a later date, Bridal Lingerie Direct have no liability whatsoever. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRICING: The prices on the Bridal Lingerie Direct Website may be reviewed and subject to change due to new products being added to the range. This does not affect your statutory rights.

TITLE OF GOODS: The risk of the goods shall pass to the customer once the customer accepts delivery. When payment has been received and goods delivered the title of goods shall pass to the customer. Until this time, title of goods belongs to Bridal Lingerie Direct.

DATA PROTECTION: Bridal Lingerie Direct agrees to abide to the Data Protection Act of 1998 where it relates to this agreement of purchase orders from the Bridal Lingerie Direct website. All invoices & account information held, is kept in a secure environment in head office. Bridal Lingerie Direct advises customers that data will not be passed onto a third party without your willing consent. All copies of customer orders can be obtained from Bridal Lingerie Direct at the customer's written request.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT: Bridal Lingerie Direct reserves the right to cancel customer purchase orders at our own discretion, for whatever reason. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must not use a fraudulent credit or debit card. You cannot use this website to send emails or messages or material that is deemed offensive. Anyone found to be using this website for unlawful practices will be prosecuted.

Buying products does not entitle the buyer to transmit copy, reproduce or publish any part of the Bridal Lingerie Direct website without prior permission from. Bridal Lingerie Direct any person found to be infringing the copyright will be in breach of these terms.

LOSS & DAMAGE: In the event that a delivery is lost in transit Bridal Lingerie Direct cannot in any way be deemed liable for loss of profit, indirect loss, or consequential loss of profit due to loss of a purchase in transit.

LAW AND DOMICILE: The sales of goods on this website and the terms and conditions of sale as set out in this document are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
